هذه الشروط اتفاق بينك وبين محمد الحسن مصطفى، وهو فرد يقدم الخدمة بصفته الشخصية تحت اسم Site Pro والموقع coreprojectpro.com ("نحن" أو "مقدم الخدمة") على استخدام تطبيق سايت برو على أندرويد وآيفون والويب ("الخدمة"). باستخدامك الخدمة أو بالضغط على "أوافق" فأنت توافق على هذه الشروط وعلى سياسة الخصوصية. وإذا كنت تستخدم الخدمة نيابة عن شركة، فأنت تقر بأن لديك صلاحية إلزامها بهذه الشروط.

الخدمة

سايت برو برنامج لإدارة المواقع الإنشائية: اليوميات، الملاحظات، الرسومات، الاستفسارات، الاجتماعات، المستخلصات والمقايسات، البرنامج الزمني، السلامة، المخزن، المعدات، والمكالمات. قد نطوّر الخدمة أو نغير خصائصها مع الوقت.

الحسابات

الحسابات تُنشأ بدعوة من مدير المشاريع في الشركة فقط.
أنت مسؤول عن سرية كلمة المرور وعن كل ما يتم من حسابك. أبلغنا فورًا إذا اشتبهت في استخدام غير مصرح به.
مدير المشاريع في الشركة هو من يحدد صلاحيات كل عضو، والشركة مسؤولة عن هذه الصلاحيات.

مسؤوليات الشركة العميلة

إدخال بيانات صحيحة ونظامية، وامتلاك سند نظامي لتسجيل بيانات الأشخاص غير المستخدمين للتطبيق (مثل العمال والمصابين) وإبلاغهم حسب النظام.
امتلاك حقوق أو تراخيص كل ما ترفعه من ملفات ورسومات وصور وخطوط.
الاحتفاظ بنسخ من سجلاتها المحاسبية والتعاقدية حسب ما تلزمه الأنظمة، فالتصدير متاح من داخل الخدمة.

الاستخدام المقبول

لا يجوز استخدام الخدمة في أي عمل مخالف للنظام، أو رفع محتوى ضار أو مخالف لحقوق الغير، أو محاولة اختراق الخدمة أو تجاوز الصلاحيات، أو إعادة بيع الخدمة دون اتفاق مكتوب معنا.

حدود المسؤولية عن الحسابات والسلامة

الحسابات التي يجريها البرنامج (المقايسات، المستخلصات، التفقيط، الحصر من الرسومات، التدفق النقدي، البرنامج الزمني والمسار الحرج) أدوات مساعدة. يجب أن يراجعها المهندس أو المسؤول المختص قبل اعتمادها أو البناء عليها.
كميات الحصر من الرسومات تعتمد على صحة المعايرة والمقياس الذي يحدده المستخدم.
نماذج التصاريح والتفتيش والحوادث وسيلة لتوثيق إجراءات السلامة، ولا تغني عن مسؤول السلامة ولا عن الالتزام بالأنظمة والاشتراطات المعمول بها.
لا نقدم استشارات هندسية أو قانونية أو محاسبية.

الاعتماد الإلكتروني داخل البرنامج

الاعتماد والرد داخل البرنامج يُسجَّل باسم المستخدم ووقته من حسابه، ويُعد سجلًا إلكترونيًا للإجراء. لكنه ليس توقيعًا إلكترونيًا معتمدًا وفق نظام التعاملات الإلكترونية السعودي أو قانون التوقيع الإلكتروني المصري رقم 15 لسنة 2004. للمستندات التي يشترط فيها النظام أو العقد توقيعًا معتمدًا (مثل المستخلص الختامي)، استخدم توقيعًا معتمدًا أو نسخة موقعة.

المساعد الذكي

المساعد الذكي متوقف حاليًا. إذا فُعّل فإنه يقدم مسودات واقتراحات آلية قد تكون غير دقيقة أو ناقصة، ولا يُحفظ شيء إلا بعد مراجعتك.

الملكية الفكرية

البرنامج وتصميمه وكوده وعلامته ملك لنا. نمنحك حقًا غير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل لاستخدامه طوال مدة استخدام الشركة للخدمة.
بياناتك ملكك. تبقى البيانات التي تدخلها الشركة ملكًا لها، ونستخدمها فقط لتقديم الخدمة وفق اتفاقية معالجة البيانات.
AutoCAD علامة تجارية لشركة Autodesk، و Primavera لشركة Oracle، و Microsoft Project لشركة Microsoft، وكل العلامات الأخرى ملك أصحابها. سايت برو غير مرتبط بهذه الشركات. ذكرها فقط لبيان أنواع الملفات التي يتعامل معها البرنامج.
يستخدم البرنامج مكونات مفتوحة المصدر وفق تراخيصها، وتجد قائمتها في الإعدادات ← تراخيص البرامج المفتوحة.

الاستخدام والمقابل

لا توجد باقات معلنة. يُتفق مع كل شركة مباشرة على مدة الاستخدام وأي مقابل، عن طريق البريد support@coreprojectpro.com. لا يتم أي دفع من داخل تطبيق الجوال.

التوفر والضمان

نبذل جهدًا معقولًا لتكون الخدمة متاحة وآمنة، لكنها تُقدم "كما هي" دون ضمان بعدم الانقطاع أو خلوها من الأخطاء. قد تتوقف الخدمة للصيانة، ونبلغ مسبقًا قدر الإمكان.

حدود المسؤولية

إلى أقصى حد يسمح به النظام: لا نتحمل الأضرار غير المباشرة أو التبعية أو فوات الربح أو فقد البيانات الناتج عن استخدام الخدمة أو الاعتماد على نتائجها دون مراجعة. ولا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية ما دفعته الشركة لنا مقابل الخدمة خلال الاثني عشر شهرًا السابقة للمطالبة.

الإيقاف والإنهاء

يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من الإعدادات.
يجوز لنا إيقاف حساب يخالف هذه الشروط بعد إشعار، أو فورًا عند وجود خطر أمني.
عند انتهاء استخدام الشركة للخدمة تتاح البيانات للتصدير 60 يومًا ثم تُحذف كما في سياسة الخصوصية.

تعديل الشروط

قد نعدل هذه الشروط، وسنبلغك داخل التطبيق قبل سريان أي تعديل جوهري. استمرارك في الاستخدام بعد ذلك يعني موافقتك.

النظام الواجب التطبيق

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية، وتختص محاكم القاهرة بأي نزاع، ما لم ينص العقد مع الشركة على غير ذلك.

انتقال الخدمة

إذا أسس مقدم الخدمة شركة أو منشأة لتقديم الخدمة، تنتقل إليها هذه الشروط وما يتصل بها من حقوق والتزامات، بعد إخطارك داخل التطبيق أو بالبريد. ولا يغير ذلك حقوقك على بياناتك.

Site Pro Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Mohamed Elhassan Mostafa, an individual providing the Service in a personal capacity under the name Site Pro and the website coreprojectpro.com ("we" or the "Operator") for the use of the Site Pro app on Android, iPhone and the web (the "Service"). By using the Service or tapping "I agree" you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it to these terms.

The Service

Site Pro is construction site management software: daily reports, observations, drawings, RFIs, meetings, payment certificates and bills of quantities, schedule, safety, store, equipment and calls. We may develop the Service or change its features over time.

Accounts

Accounts are created only by invitation from the company's projects manager.
You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done from your account. Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised use.
The company's projects manager sets each member's permissions, and the company is responsible for them.

Customer responsibilities

Enter accurate and lawful data, have a lawful basis to record data about people who are not app users (such as workers and injured persons) and inform them as the law requires.
Hold the rights or licences for every file, drawing, photo and font it uploads.
Keep copies of its accounting and contract records as the law requires; export is available inside the Service.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for anything unlawful, upload harmful content or content that infringes others' rights, try to break into the Service or bypass permissions, or resell the Service without a written agreement with us.

Calculations and safety: limits

Calculations made by the software (bills of quantities, payment certificates, amounts in words, quantity takeoff from drawings, cash flow, schedule and critical path) are aids. The responsible engineer or officer must review them before approving them or relying on them.
Takeoff quantities depend on the drawing calibration and scale set by the user.
Permit, inspection and incident forms are a way to document safety procedures. They do not replace the safety officer or compliance with applicable regulations.
We do not give engineering, legal or accounting advice.

Approvals inside the app

Approvals and responses inside the app are recorded with the user's name and time from their account and form an electronic record of the action. They are not a certified electronic signature under the Saudi Electronic Transactions Law or Egypt's Electronic Signature Law No. 15 of 2004. For documents that the law or a contract requires to carry a certified signature (such as a final payment certificate), use a certified signature or a signed copy.

AI assistant

The AI assistant is currently switched off. If switched on, it gives automated drafts and suggestions that can be inaccurate or incomplete, and nothing is saved until you review it.

Intellectual property

The software, its design, code and brand belong to us. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for as long as the company uses the Service.
Your data is yours. Data the company enters remains its property, and we use it only to provide the Service under the Data Processing Agreement.
AutoCAD is a trademark of Autodesk, Primavera of Oracle and Microsoft Project of Microsoft; all other marks belong to their owners. Site Pro is not affiliated with these companies; they are named only to describe the file types the software handles.
The software uses open-source components under their licences, listed in Settings → Open-source licences.

Use and fees

There are no published plans. The period of use and any fee are agreed directly with each company by email at support@coreprojectpro.com. No payment is taken inside the mobile app.

Availability and warranty

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available and secure, but it is provided "as is" without a warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Service may stop for maintenance; we give notice in advance where we can.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost profit or data loss resulting from using the Service or relying on its results without review. Our total liability does not exceed what the company paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

Suspension and termination

You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
We may suspend an account that breaches these terms after notice, or at once where there is a security risk.
When a company stops using the Service, data stays available for export for 60 days and is then deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may change these terms and will tell you inside the app before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use the Service afterwards means you accept the change.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the contract with the company says otherwise.

Transfer of the Service

If the Operator sets up a company or business to provide the Service, these terms and the rights and obligations under them pass to it after we tell you inside the app or by email. This does not change your rights over your data.
