سياسة الخصوصية لتطبيق سايت برو

توضح هذه السياسة ما نجمعه من بيانات عند استخدامك تطبيق سايت برو (Site Pro) على أندرويد وآيفون والويب، ولماذا نجمعه، ومع من نشاركه، وكيف تتحكم فيه.

من نحن

يقدم خدمة سايت برو محمد الحسن مصطفى، بصفته الشخصية كفرد، تحت اسم Site Pro والموقع coreprojectpro.com. للتواصل في أي أمر يخص الخصوصية: privacy@coreprojectpro.com.

دورنا ودور شركتك

عندما تستخدم التطبيق ضمن حساب شركة مقاولات (العميل)، تكون الشركة العميلة هي المسؤولة عن البيانات التي تدخلها هي وفريقها في مشاريعها، ونكون نحن معالجًا للبيانات نيابة عنها وفق اتفاقية معالجة البيانات الموقعة معها.
نكون نحن المسؤولين عن بيانات حسابك الأساسية (الاسم والبريد ورقم الجوال وكلمة المرور) وبيانات تشغيل الخدمة.

البيانات التي نجمعها

بيانات الحساب: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الجوال، المسمى الوظيفي، كلمة المرور (تُحفظ مشفرة بطريقة لا يمكن استرجاعها).
بيانات المشاريع: اليوميات، الملاحظات، طلبات الاستفسار، الخطابات، الاجتماعات، المهام، المستخلصات، المقايسات، أوامر التغيير، المصروفات، المخزن، المعدات، التصاريح، التفتيش، الحوادث، الرسومات والملفات والتعليقات عليها.
الصور والفيديو: ما تلتقطه أو ترفعه، ومعه وقت التصوير، و الموقع الجغرافي والعنوان إن سمحت بالموقع (لختم الصورة بمكان التصوير).
الصوت: التسجيلات الصوتية التي ترفقها بنفسك، وتحويل الكلام إلى نص عند استخدامك الإملاء الصوتي (تتم عبر خدمة التعرف على الكلام في نظام جهازك من Apple أو Google).
بيانات العمال والحضور: أسماء العمال وأرقامهم واليومية، والحضور، وقد يتضمن الحضور موقعًا جغرافيًا. هؤلاء الأشخاص قد لا يكونون مستخدمين للتطبيق، والشركة العميلة مسؤولة عن وجود سند نظامي لتسجيل بياناتهم.
الحوادث والإصابات: قد تتضمن بيانات صحية عن المصابين، وهي بيانات حساسة متاحة فقط لمن لديه صلاحية أداة الحوادث.
المكالمات والاجتماعات المرئية: لا نسجّل المكالمات ولا نحفظ الصوت أو الصورة. يُحفظ فقط أن المكالمة تمت (من بدأها، ومتى، وفي أي محادثة أو اجتماع).
الإشعارات: رمز الجهاز (Push token) لإرسال الإشعارات ورنين المكالمات.
بيانات تقنية: سجلات الخادم (عنوان IP، نوع الجهاز، وقت الطلب) لأغراض الأمان وتشخيص الأعطال.

لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات، ولا يوجد في التطبيق أي إعلانات أو أدوات تتبع إعلانية.

لماذا نستخدم البيانات

تشغيل الخدمة: حفظ سجلات المشاريع ومزامنتها بين الفريق والعمل دون إنترنت.
إدارة الحسابات والصلاحيات وإرسال الدعوات ورسائل استعادة كلمة المرور.
إرسال الإشعارات والتذكيرات وتشغيل المكالمات والاجتماعات.
حماية الخدمة من الاستخدام غير المشروع وتشخيص الأعطال.
الالتزام بالأنظمة والقوانين المعمول بها.

الأساس النظامي: تنفيذ العقد مع شركتك، وموافقتك (مثل إذن الموقع والكاميرا والميكروفون والإشعارات)، والمصلحة المشروعة في تأمين الخدمة، والالتزامات النظامية.

أذونات الجهاز

الكاميرا: لتصوير الموقع والملاحظات والمكالمات المرئية.
الصور: لإرفاق صور من المعرض.
الموقع: لختم الصور بمكان التصوير فقط، أثناء استخدام التطبيق.
الميكروفون والتعرف على الكلام: للتسجيل الصوتي والإملاء والمكالمات.
الإشعارات والتنبيهات: لتذكيرات الاجتماعات ورنين المكالمات.

يمكنك رفض أي إذن أو سحبه من إعدادات جهازك، ويستمر باقي التطبيق في العمل.

المساعد الذكي

خاصية المساعد الذكي متوقفة حاليًا، ولا تُرسل أي بيانات إلى مزود ذكاء اصطناعي. إذا فُعّلت مستقبلًا فسنبلغك مسبقًا ونحدّث هذه السياسة، وستتمكن الشركة من إيقافها لحسابها.

مع من نشارك البيانات

نشارك البيانات فقط مع مزودي خدمة (معالجين فرعيين) يساعدوننا في تشغيل التطبيق، وبالقدر اللازم فقط:

Supabase: قاعدة البيانات وتسجيل الدخول وتخزين الملفات، على خوادم في فرانكفورت بألمانيا.
LiveKit: المكالمات والاجتماعات المرئية، على خوادم في فرانكفورت، دون تسجيل.
Google Firebase: إرسال الإشعارات.
Resend (أيرلندا، الاتحاد الأوروبي): إرسال رسائل الدعوة واستعادة كلمة المرور من no-reply@coreprojectpro.com.
Cloudflare (توجيه البريد) و Google (Gmail): استلام رسائل الدعم والخصوصية المرسلة إلى عناوين coreprojectpro.com.
OpenStreetMap: عرض الخرائط وتحويل إحداثيات الصورة إلى عنوان.
GitHub Pages / Cloudflare: استضافة ملفات نسخة الويب فقط.
Apple و Google: خدمة تحويل الكلام إلى نص في نظام جهازك عند استخدامك لها.

القائمة المحدثة للمعالجين الفرعيين موجودة في اتفاقية معالجة البيانات. داخل الشركة الواحدة، يرى أعضاء كل مشروع بيانات المشروع حسب صلاحياتهم التي يحددها مدير المشاريع.

قد نفصح عن البيانات إذا ألزمنا بذلك نظام أو أمر قضائي أو جهة مختصة.

نقل البيانات خارج بلدك

تُحفظ البيانات على خوادم في الاتحاد الأوروبي (ألمانيا)، وقد يعالج بعض المزودين بيانات في دول أخرى. نعتمد على ضمانات تعاقدية مع المزودين، ونلتزم بمتطلبات نقل البيانات في نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية وقانون حماية البيانات الشخصية المصري رقم 151 لسنة 2020. يمكن للجهات التي تشترط الاستضافة داخل بلدها طلب استضافة مخصصة.

مدة الاحتفاظ

بيانات المشاريع: طوال مدة استخدام الشركة للخدمة، ثم 60 يومًا لتصديرها بعد انتهاء الاستخدام، ثم تُحذف خلال 30 يومًا.
العناصر المحذوفة من داخل التطبيق: تُحذف نهائيًا من الخادم بعد 90 يومًا.
الحساب بعد حذفه: تُحذف بياناته فورًا، وتختفي من النسخ الاحتياطية خلال 7 أيام.
النسخ الاحتياطية: يُحتفظ بها 7 أيام.
سجلات الخادم: حتى 7 أيام.
رموز الإشعارات: حتى تسجيل الخروج أو توقف الجهاز عن استقبالها.

الحماية والتشفير

كل الاتصالات بين التطبيق والخوادم مشفرة (HTTPS/TLS).
قاعدة البيانات والملفات مشفرة على أقراص الخادم (AES-256).
الملفات في مخزن خاص، ولا تُفتح إلا برابط مؤقت لمن له صلاحية.
كل جدول في قاعدة البيانات محمي بقواعد صلاحيات على مستوى الصف.
المكالمات مشفرة أثناء النقل ولا تُسجّل.
كلمات المرور ومفاتيح الربط (API) محفوظة كبصمة مشفرة لا يمكن استرجاعها.
البيانات المحفوظة على جهازك للعمل دون إنترنت موجودة داخل مساحة التطبيق الخاصة، ويحميها قفل جهازك.

إذا وقع اختراق يمس بياناتك فسنبلغ الشركة العميلة والجهات المختصة حسب ما يلزمه النظام.

حقوقك

يحق لك الاطلاع على بياناتك، وتصحيحها، وطلب حذفها، والاعتراض على معالجتها، وطلب نسخة منها، وسحب موافقتك.

حذف الحساب: من داخل التطبيق: الإعدادات ← الخصوصية والشروط ← حذف حسابي. يحذف ذلك حسابك وعضويتك في كل المشاريع وأجهزتك ومفضلتك. السجلات التي كتبتها داخل مشاريع الشركة تبقى ملكًا للشركة ضمن سجلاتها، ويمكنك أن تطلب من الشركة إزالة اسمك منها.
مدير الحساب (مالك الشركة) يمكنه حذف الشركة بكل مشاريعها وملفاتها نهائيًا من نفس الصفحة.
لباقي الطلبات راسلنا على privacy@coreprojectpro.com، وسنرد خلال 30 يومًا. ولك الحق في تقديم شكوى إلى الجهة المختصة في بلدك (في السعودية: الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي "سدايا"، وفي مصر: مركز حماية البيانات الشخصية).

الأطفال

التطبيق موجه لأعمال المقاولات وليس للأشخاص دون 18 عامًا.

التغييرات على هذه السياسة

سنبلغك داخل التطبيق قبل أي تغيير جوهري، وقد نطلب موافقتك من جديد.

Site Pro Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data we collect when you use the Site Pro app on Android, iPhone and the web, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how you control it.

Who we are

Site Pro is provided by Mohamed Elhassan Mostafa, an individual acting in a personal capacity, under the name Site Pro and the website coreprojectpro.com. For any privacy matter contact privacy@coreprojectpro.com.

Our role and your company's role

When you use the app inside a contracting company's account (the Customer), the Customer is the controller of the data that it and its team enter in its projects, and we act as a processor on its behalf under the Data Processing Agreement signed with it.
We are the controller of your basic account data (name, email, mobile number, password) and of service operation data.

Data we collect

Account data: name, email, mobile number, job title, password (stored as a one-way hash).
Project data: daily reports, observations, RFIs, letters, meetings, tasks, payment certificates, bills of quantities, change orders, expenses, store, equipment, permits, inspections, incidents, drawings, files and markups.
Photos and video: what you take or upload, with the time taken and, if you allow location, the location and address (to stamp the photo with where it was taken).
Audio: voice notes you attach, and speech-to-text when you use dictation (done by your device's speech recognition service from Apple or Google).
Workers and attendance: worker names, phone numbers, daily rates and attendance, which may include a location. These people may not be app users; the Customer is responsible for having a lawful basis to record their data.
Incidents and injuries: may include health data about injured persons. This is sensitive data, visible only to users with access to the incidents tool.
Calls and video meetings: we do not record calls or store audio or video. We only keep that a call took place (who started it, when, and in which conversation or meeting).
Notifications: your device's push token, to deliver notifications and call ringing.
Technical data: server logs (IP address, device type, request time) for security and troubleshooting.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or include any ads or ad trackers in the app.

Why we use data

To run the service: store project records, sync them across the team and work offline.
To manage accounts and permissions and send invitations and password reset emails.
To send notifications and reminders and run calls and meetings.
To protect the service from abuse and fix faults.
To comply with applicable laws.

Legal bases: performance of the contract with your company, your consent (for example location, camera, microphone and notification permissions), our legitimate interest in securing the service, and legal obligations.

Device permissions

Camera: to photograph the site, observations and video calls.
Photos: to attach pictures from your gallery.
Location: only to stamp photos with where they were taken, while the app is in use.
Microphone and speech recognition: for voice notes, dictation and calls.
Notifications and alarms: for meeting reminders and call ringing.

You can refuse or withdraw any permission in your device settings; the rest of the app keeps working.

AI assistant

The AI assistant is currently switched off, and no data is sent to any AI provider. If it is switched on in the future we will tell you in advance and update this policy, and your company will be able to switch it off for its account.

Who we share data with

We share data only with service providers (sub-processors) that help us run the app, and only as needed:

Supabase: database, sign-in and file storage, on servers in Frankfurt, Germany.
LiveKit: voice and video calls and meetings, on servers in Frankfurt, without recording.
Google Firebase: push notifications.
Resend (Ireland, EU): invitation and password reset emails, sent from no-reply@coreprojectpro.com.
Cloudflare (Email Routing) and Google (Gmail): receiving support and privacy messages sent to coreprojectpro.com addresses.
OpenStreetMap: map tiles and turning photo coordinates into an address.
GitHub Pages / Cloudflare: hosting the web app's files only.
Apple and Google: your device's speech-to-text service, when you use it.

The current sub-processor list is kept in the Data Processing Agreement. Inside a company, members of each project see the project's data according to the permissions set by the projects manager.

We may disclose data when required by law, a court order or a competent authority.

International transfers

Data is stored on servers in the European Union (Germany), and some providers may process data in other countries. We rely on contractual safeguards with our providers and follow the transfer requirements of the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020. Organisations that require in-country hosting can ask for dedicated hosting.

Retention

Project data: for as long as the Customer uses the Service, then 60 days to export it after use ends, then deleted within 30 days.
Items deleted inside the app: permanently removed from the server after 90 days.
A deleted account: its data is deleted at once and drops out of backups within 7 days.
Backups: kept for 7 days.
Server logs: up to 7 days.
Push tokens: until sign-out or until the device stops accepting them.

Security and encryption

All traffic between the app and the servers is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS).
The database and files are encrypted on the servers' disks (AES-256).
Files sit in private storage and open only through a short-lived link for users with access.
Every database table is protected by row-level access rules.
Calls are encrypted in transit and never recorded.
Passwords and API keys are stored as one-way hashes.
Data kept on your device for offline work stays in the app's private storage and is protected by your device lock.

If a breach affects your data we will notify the Customer and the authorities as the law requires.

Your rights

You may access, correct and ask us to delete your data, object to processing, ask for a copy, and withdraw consent.

Delete your account inside the app: Settings → Privacy and terms → Delete my account. This deletes your account, your membership in all projects, your devices and your bookmarks. Records you wrote inside your company's projects stay with the company as part of its records; you can ask the company to remove your name from them.
The account admin (company owner) can delete the company with all its projects and files permanently from the same page.
For other requests write to privacy@coreprojectpro.com; we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your data protection authority (Saudi Arabia: SDAIA; Egypt: the Personal Data Protection Center; EU: your local supervisory authority).

Children

The app is for contracting work and is not meant for people under 18.

Changes

We will tell you inside the app before any material change and may ask for your consent again.
