من داخل التطبيق (الأسرع)
- افتح سايت برو وسجّل الدخول.
- ادخل على الإعدادات ثم قسم الخصوصية والشروط.
- اختار حذف حسابي، واكتب التأكيد المطلوب، ثم احذف حسابي نهائيًا.
من غير التطبيق
ابعت رسالة من نفس الإيميل المسجّل به الحساب إلى privacy@coreprojectpro.com بعنوان «حذف حسابي». بنتأكد إن الطلب من صاحب الحساب وننفّذه خلال 30 يومًا بحد أقصى.
إيه اللي بيتحذف
- الحساب نفسه (الاسم والإيميل والجوال وكلمة المرور) في البرنامجين.
- عضويتك في كل المشاريع، وأجهزتك المسجلة في الترخيص، وإشاراتك المحفوظة ورموز الإشعارات.
- البيانات المحذوفة بتختفي من النسخ الاحتياطية خلال 7 أيام بحد أقصى.
إيه اللي بيفضل
السجلات اللي كتبتها داخل مشاريع شركتك (يوميات وملاحظات ومستخلصات وغيرها) جزء من سجلات الشركة وبتفضل معاها. تقدر تطلب من الشركة شيل اسمك منها. ولو انت مدير حساب الشركة، تقدر تحذف الشركة كلها بمشاريعها وملفاتها من نفس الصفحة.

Inside the app (fastest)
- Open Site Pro and sign in.
- Go to Settings, then the Privacy and terms section.
- Choose Delete my account, type the confirmation, then tap Delete my account permanently.
Without the app
Email privacy@coreprojectpro.com from the email address of the account, with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm the request comes from the account holder and complete it within 30 days at most.
What is deleted
- The account itself (name, email, mobile, password) in both programs.
- Your membership in all projects, your licensed devices, your bookmarks and push tokens.
- Deleted data drops out of backups within 7 days at most.
What is kept
Records you wrote inside your company's projects (daily reports, observations, payment certificates and so on) are part of the company's records and stay with it. You can ask the company to remove your name from them. If you are the company's account admin, you can delete the whole company with its projects and files from the same page.
